Capitol Peak Lodge offers studio to three bedroom luxury condominiums in the heart of Snowmass Base Village, a short walk from the Viceroy, as well as the ski lifts. We have onsite Guest Services, complimentary transportation to and from the Aspen Airport, as well as within Snowmass Village.

VICEROY HOTEL POLICIES
Room rate includes
Round trip Aspen scheduled airport transfers, WI-fi access, complimentary fitness, complimentary airport transportation and village transportation, 24 hour fitness studio access. Resort fees have been waived for the Rocky attendees.
Taxes
The hotel rates will be subject to all state, county and city taxes in effect at the time of the Rocky 2019 meeting. State tax is currently 14.3% and 1.5% Snowmass Base Village Assessment charge and are subject to change.
Payment Policy
- At Reservation: Hotel will require a non-refundable advanced deposit equal to 50% of the total room revenue, 12.8% tax and 1.5% Snowmass Base Village Assessment for each reservation.
- 30 days prior to arrival: The remaining balance will be automatically charged as a second advanced deposit to the credit card guaranteeing that reservation 30 days prior to their arrival, and will also be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival, the individual will not be refunded their initial 50% deposit.
- Cancellation on or after 30 days prior to arrival, the individual will not be refunded their deposit on file (equal to their entire length of stay).

Room Rate includes
Capitol Peak Lodge offers studio to three bedroom luxury condominiums in the heart of Snowmass Base Village, a short walk from the Viceroy, as well as the ski lifts. We have onsite Guest Services, complimentary transportation to and from the Aspen Airport, as well as within Snowmass Village. Complimentary WIFI and the condo’s include fully stocked kitchens, dining areas, gas fireplaces, and private balconies. The 5.5% resort fee has been waived. A check out housekeeping clean is included in the nightly rate.
Tax Exempt Policy
Sales tax is 14.3%. If tax exempt, provide proof of tax exempt status. There is a 1.5% Base Village fee that is not considered tax exempt and will be added to your total.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Payment is due in full for reservations made within 30 days of arrival, and are nonrefundable.
