Visas and Documentation for travelling to Argentina

© Ministry of Tourism of ArgentinaCitizens from neighboring countries (Brasil, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia) do not need a visa or even a passport to enter Argentina. Citizens from other countries always need a passport and should check the listing of visa requirements at http://www.migraciones.gov.ar/accesibleingles/?visas well in advance prior to travel.

Weather

Buenos Aires enjoys a generally mild climate all year round, with recognizable seasons and high influence of the urban heat. Spring is still present in November, with temperatures oscillating between 16°C and 26°C (60.8°F to 78.8°F), although there would probably be more extreme highs and lows. In spite of a moderate diurnal temperature variation nights can be very chilly if the cold wind from the South is blowing. The visitor should expect an average of 9 days of rain and 5 stormy days. Please note that Buenos Aires can be very humid, turning the city into a hotter and stickier place than the temperature suggests.
