Bike Stations
A DIVVY bike station is located at SSB at Racine and Harrison in addition to several other DIVVY bike stations across campus.
Also, a bike rack for locking bicycles is located at the main entrance of SSB.

Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro Hotel
The headquarters hotel for GLBIO 2017, the Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro Hotel includes complimentary high-speed Internet service, and a 24 Hour Fitness / Business Center. Each of the luxurious guest rooms features balconies and flat screen televisions.
All registrants within the room block will also receive a complimentary ‘Welcome to Chicago’ gift pack.

UIC Courtyard Dorms
The triangular Courtyard (CTY) building is a four-story facility that houses students in clusters, typically of three doubles and two single rooms sharing a common bathroom. The tower lounge has a magnificent view of the Chicago skyline. Internet is available for an additional one time charge of $10. Parking is also available for $13/night or $37/week.
- Single Room Rate: $41/person/night
- Double Room Rate: $32/person/night
All requests must be made by Friday, April 14. We are no longer accepting requests.
UIC has received the dorm request list and all individuals on the list will receive a room. UIC will contact you soon with additional details.
